Formerly a bustling café & vibrant lunch spot in the heart of downtown London - Rebel has undergone an exciting transformation. As of December 2023, we've shifted our focus to crafting delicious kombucha full-time.

In our production, we're dedicated to reducing our ecological footprint too. That's why we use glass over plastic bottles, source our ingredients consciously, and minimize food and plastic waste throughout our production process.
