Hey there! We're Julie & Shayna, the driving forces behind Rebel since 2016. Formerly a bustling café and vibrant lunch spot in the heart of downtown London - Rebel has undergone an exciting transformation. As of December 2023, we've shifted our focus to crafting delicious kombucha full-time.

In our production, we're dedicated to reducing our ecological footprint too. That's why we bottle our kombucha in returnable & recyclable glass, source our ingredients consciously, and minimize food and plastic waste throughout our production process.
